High Pressure Access Systems for the installation of corrosion coupons, probes, and injection / sampling system, is arrangements which permit internal access to production plant vessels and pipework operating under full process conditions. The industry standard for access systems is 2-inch nominal bore design. There are different types of access fitting bodies i.e., Flareweld & Flanged are commonly used. 

 2.  Corrosion Coupons Assemblies: 

FABNERGY supply the complete corrosion coupon assemblies in different types, size and alloys including test coupons, coupon holders, solid plug, and protective covers. 

3.  Corrosion Probe Assemblies: 

FABNERGY offers corrosion monitoring probes includes electrical resistance, linear polarization resistance probes with extensive line of corrosion monitoring instrumentation to interface with probes and interpret, analyze, and display the collected data. Our instrumentation covers the spectrum from handheld meters and field mount datalogger to high resolution wired / wireless transmitters with 4-20 mA and Modbus output.  

4.  Corrosion Management System: 

Corrosion monitoring system includes corrosion monitoring end devices, and all external equipment including but not limited to adapters, transmitters, junction boxes, repeaters, cabling, communications networks and the corrosion management server with its corrosion management software and database. Corrosion management system is to display the corrosion data of different location integrated via group of hardware’s provide a stable communication all the time, receiving valuable data with accuracy for corrosion engineers to analyze, interpret and take the necessary measures.  

5.  Injection / Sampling System: 

Injection and Sampling systems provide the basic setup to corrosion control and process control programs. Injection system provide the basic piping setup to inject a wide range of chemicals / inhibitors into processes. Sampling systems used to take samples of the process fluid to analyze in the laboratory for inhibitor concentration levels, and a wide range of process parameters. It assembles side tee, solid plug, injection nut, and injection quill within tee type access fitting.
